After Justin Wolfenberg began to have kids he realized that fatherhood wasn’t about making his kids' lives fun. Instead, it was a way to lead a team on adventures. Even as young children, Justin made it his focus to build resilience in his children and push them to do hard things, overcome great obstacles and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment.
In order to teach this, you must allow your children to suffer well by coming alongside them and showing them that hard work is good. It might not always be fun, but work is a good thing we were created to do. And pursing hard work yields great results.
